Write this on the calendar.

I sat on the couch today and watched 3 movies.  Yes three whole movies, with only minor interruptions. Okay I can't really say I watched them.  I, more like, listened to them while I worked on a prayer shawl, for one of my co-workers and did a little yearbook. Of course I did empty the dishwasher, let the dogs out four times and ironed Z's clothes for their orchestra performance tonight.  But still, my butt was on the couch for approximately 5 4, 3.5 hours in one sitting.

Really I did.  By the way, anyone have any earplugs.
